KW Redeemer is a gospel centred, missional church in Kitchener Waterloo. We are looking for a full time, Next Gen & Ministries Coordinator.
Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000

The team member we are looking for to serve as our Next Gen & Ministries Coordinator will have:
(1) vision to build, grow & cultivate Gospel formation in children and youth & enjoy working in this demographic
(2) strong people skills with the ability to lead volunteers, build teams and connect with parents
(3) strong organizational skills
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
The Next Gen & Ministries Coordinator will …
- Work with the Redeemer staff team to build a culture of ministry where the gospel is central, and each member engages a minister, bringing their gifts to build the church and seek the good of our city.
- Lead volunteer teams for Redeemer KiDS and Youth, build these teams and communicate with parents
- Organize and handle logistics for Redeemer KiDS and Youth.
- General admin for the church such as database management and logistics for services and events.
The nature of the Next Gen & Ministry Coordinator’s role will require them to be present on Sundays and engaged in the mission of KW Redeemer. Therefore, candidates must either be members of KW Redeemer, or go through our membership process in order to ensure there is good alignment with our doctrine and ministry philosophy. Redeemer celebrates God’s covenant gift of baptism for children, and alignment in this view will be important for this staff role, given their support to parents in preparing baptized children to understand and profess their faith, and be welcomed to the Lord’s table. The Next Gen & Ministries Coordinator will work from their home office, and join our team for weekly staff meetings in Waterloo.
