Jesus is the compassionate Shepherd our souls need
“He had compassion on the crowds because they were like sheep without a shepherd” (v.34)
Jesus nourishes hungry souls, using us in the process
“They all ate and were satisfied” (v.42)
“You give them something to eat” (v.36)
